¡Vaya Calor!

It's currently 99F or 37C in Madrid and I am hiding in my little studio apartment. Getting up and out of the apartment early when it's still below 90F is key! I had the pleasure of meeting with my old coworker's son this morning to help him practice his English for the Cambridge Advanced exam. Later I made my way to the Phone House to pick up a cell phone and finally to Corte Inglés for a much needed fan! I'm treating myself to my favorite drinks, Aquarius and Fanta (lemon flavor is the best!) once a day, along with lots and lots of water!

Ahora mismo hace 99F o 37C grados en Madrid y estoy escondiendome en mi estudio chiquitin. Levantandome y saliendo a la calle temprano cuando hace menos que los 90F grados es imprecendible! Esta mañana tuve el placer de conocer al hijo de una antigua compañera para ayudarle con su inglés y practicar para el examen Advanced de Cambridge. Luego fui al Phone House para comprar un movil básico y por fin al Corte Inglés para un ventilador! Cada día como un regalo, compro unas de mis bebidas preferidas, Fanta y Aquarius limón - y claro hay que beber mucha agua!
